You can’t

The Pattern designs, any of its elements, or part of the elements, modified or not, cannot be resold as a digital end product.
It cannot be used on POD (Product on Demand) sites.
Cannot resell, Sublicense, Redistribute or share the source file to a third party in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute the pattern as is or any of its parts.
Trademark designs or claim copyrights to patterns as a whole or any part of the designs.
Any other use that is not expressly permitted in the license terms is strictly prohibited.

Returns & Refunds

All patterns and brushes are non-refundable once purchased. If you contact me within 7 days of your purchase that your purchase is defective, I will either provide an updated file for that item or refund your transaction.

Non-Commercial (Non-exclusive)

My personal License is intended for personal use only and not for use in products intended for profit-making. This allows you to use the design for personal social media accounts and any personal use that is not commercially related. I supply a high-resolution flat PNG or JPEG file for download.

Extended Commercial (Non-exclusive)

My extanded commercial license allows you to create products for sale without limitations. The attached downloadable file is a high-resolution layered Photoshop PSD file that can be edited, or an Illustrator Vector AI / EPS file. This enables you to use the design for digital and physical products for sale, including clothing, footwear, household items, stationery, accessories, posters, brochures, and merchandise without quantity restrictions.

Premium (Exclusive)

My Premium License is intended for companies and brands that require exclusive design rights. Upon purchase, the design is instantly removed from the website, and you receive all the advantages of the commercial license in addition to the right to be the sole owner of the purchased design and use it for any purpose. The downloadable file is a high-resolution layered Photoshop PSD file that is editable or an Illustrator Vector AI / EPS file.

What is not permitted: duplication, sub-licensing, or resale. Using Michal Gorelick Designs for pornographic, fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal, blasphemous, or defamatory reasons.

Can I use a photo on a t-shirt/mug/tote bag? Yes, but special limitations apply based on your intended use. With all three licenses, you can create unlimited non-commercial t-shirts, mugs, or tote bags. If your t-shirt, mug, or tote bag is for sale, a Commercial License allows up to 5,000 total end products and an Extended Commercial license allows up to 250,000. Keep in mind that, under the Commercial License, your item’s design must be significantly different than the original photo; require time, effort, and skill to produce; and not derive its primary value from the photo itself.

Can I create an art print using a photo and a font, then sell it? Yes, but special limitations apply based on your intended use. If your art print is for sale, a Commercial License allows up to 5,000 total end products and an Extended Commercial license allows up to 250,000. Keep in mind that, under the Commercial License, your print’s design must be significantly different than the original photo; require time, effort, and skill to produce; and not derive its primary value from the photo itself. With all three licenses, you can create unlimited non-commercial art prints.

Can I use a photo in a logo and/or branding? If you purchase a Commercial or Extended Commercial license, you may use a photo as part of your logo, as long as it is (1) modified and (2) not the dominant element of the logo. However, you must disclaim the asset if registering for Trademark protection, and you may not enforce any rights on the asset itself.

Can I use a photo as part of a book or album cover design? Yes, but special limitations apply based on your intended use. With all three licenses, you can create unlimited non-commercial books or albums. If your book is for sale, a Commercial License allows up to 5,000 total end products and an Extended Commercial license allows up to 250,000. Keep in mind that, under the Commercial License, your cover’s design must be significantly different than the original photo; require time, effort, and skill to produce; and not derive its primary value from the photo itself.

Procreate brushes

Brushes Use License allows you permission to use these brushes for personal and commercial projects. You may sell artwork and items made with my brushes as long as they are not offensive or illegal. In any way, shape, or form, sell, give away, or share downloaded content such as brush files. You may only access anything that you have downloaded or paid. you can’t Change these brushes and share the modified version.

Are there limits on how many times I can use a purchased add-on? Special limitations apply for each license type: Personal license: Use the add-on in an unlimited number of non-commercial end products. Commercial License: Use the add-on in an unlimited number of non-commercial end products. You can also use the add-on in an end product for sale, as long as the sales do not exceed 5,000. Extended Commercial License: Use the add-on in an unlimited number of non-commercial end products. You can also use the add-on in an end product for sale, as long as the sales do not exceed 250,000.

Can I purchase a pack of presets, and use one of the presets in my own Preset Bundle for sale? No. Any resale/sublicense of the licensed preset in source file form or otherwise competitive with it is prohibited.

Can I purchase an add-on and include it in a theme I am going to sell? No. Any resale/sublicense of the licensed add-on in source file form or otherwise competitive with it is prohibited.
